*Job Summary*

We are seeking an experienced *Director of Rehabilitation (DOR)* with a background in *Physical Therapy (PT)* to lead our rehabilitation department. The DOR will be responsible for overseeing therapy services, ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. This leadership role requires strong clinical knowledge, team management skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy.
* Provide leadership and support to therapy staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with policies.
* Develop and implement treatment programs that align with patient needs and facility goals.
* Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations of therapy team members.
* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop effective rehabilitation plans.
* Monitor department budget and resources to maintain operational efficiency.
* Participate in facility meetings and contribute to strategic planning for rehabilitation services.
* Provide direct patient care as needed.

*Qualifications:*
* *Required:* Licensed *Physical Therapist (PT)* in [PA State].
* Minimum *2-3 years* of experience in rehabilitation leadership or supervisory roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $118,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
