Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Plant Manager for their Food
and Beverage Manufacturing facility near Waynesboro, PA.Well
established and growing business with excellent company culture and
benefits.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
The Plant Manager oversees processing, production coordination, and
collaborates with maintenance, quality, inventory, and warehouse
teams to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management,
or related field.Minimum 8 years' experience in manufacturing or
food processing, including 5 years in management.Proven ability to
lead and positively influence teams of 100+ members.Strong
attention to detail, quality, and food safety (SQF).Mechanical,
technical, and analytical skills.Well-organized and
self-directed.HACCP certification is a plus.Bilingual in English
and Spanish preferred.
