Job Description:
Position Description: We have an outstanding opportunity for a
high-impact and driven leader to join the CGI Federal team in the
Washington, DC area. The Senior Program Director will provide
overall leadership and guidance for a large, complex, multi-year
federal program with a focus on mission system modernization that
are essential to critical infrastructure protection. The ideal
candidate will have extensive experience in managing and leading
large, complex enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.
This role requires expertise in program/project management,
software engineering, development, testing, and production support,
with a proven track record of transforming teams into
high-performing units that deliver on mission requirements and
corporate financial goals. This position is located in Fairfax, VA.
Your future duties and responsibilities: . Program Oversight:
Oversee a large, complex program, serving as the primary customer
contact . Team Leadership: Lead a large team, build and inspire
collaboration from leaders across the program, build and motivate a
high-performing team, drive team to produce outcome to ensure
on-time and on-budget delivery, manage performance, develop and
coach leaders, conduct salary reviews, and oversee the hiring
process. . Executive Communication: Present to senior executives
and their constituents across the organization, inspiring
confidence and leadership. . Strategic Planning: Develop and
implement strategic plans to achieve organizational and program
goals and objectives. . Budget Management: Manage budgets, ensuring
financial efficiency and alignment with organizational and program
priorities. . Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong
relationships with key stakeholders to support program success. .
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure
successful delivery of programs and projects. . Continuous
Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by
implementing best practices and innovative solutions, and improving
team performance and efficiency . Business Growth: Drive business
growth within the current customer base. Required qualifications to
be successful in this role: . Bachelor's Degree and at least 10
years of program management experience. . Experience supporting
federal mission programs (i.e., Critical infrastructure protection,
public safety and compliance) . Proven track record in managing and
delivering multi-year, multi-million-dollar, complex programs with
a focus on mission system modernization and agile methodology .
Hands-on servant leadership style with experience managing teams of
60. . Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to
effectively present program information to senior leaders. .
Minimum of 3 consecutive years of residence in the US, ability to
obtain a public trust. . PMI, PMP, or PgMP certification required.

reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The
determination of this range includes various factors not limited to
skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and
certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based
performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the
top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are
dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable
estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is
$143,500.00 - $276,200.00. CGI Federal's benefits are offered to
