What Were Looking For: FE Certification (Fundamentals of Engineering) required Strong interest in structural design especially concrete and steel A problem solver who thrives on supporting field teams and trades with professionalism and clarity Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative What Youll Do: Assist in the structural design of buildings and infrastructure Provide engineering support during construction, working closely with field personnel Help resolve issues on-site with practical, professional solutions Collaborate with senior engineers on design calculations, plan sets, and detailing Grow your skills through mentorship and diverse project exposure Why Join Us?
