Job Description Job Description Lube Technician / Entry-Level Automotive Technician Sterling, VA | Performance Automotive Shop $15–$20 per hour Part-time and full-time positions available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM No prior experience required — training provided Opportunity to move into an Apprentice Technician role after 6 months This is where automotive careers start. We're looking for a Lube Technician who's reliable, motivated, and interested in growing their skills. What You'll Do: Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services Assist with fluid services and inspections Learn and operate shop equipment and tools Support technicians with day-to-day shop needs Follow safety and quality procedures Begin learning diagnostic and repair fundamentals Experience with BG machines is a plus, but not required. What We're Looking For: Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and take direction Interest in automotive repair and maintenance Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment Basic mechanical aptitude is helpful, not required Valid driver's license Prior automotive experience is nice — not required . Growth Opportunity: After approximately 6 months , strong performers may be considered for promotion into an Apprentice Technician role , based on performance, attitude, and skill progression.
