Responsibilities and Expectations: Be an outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable Service Technician focused on building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring Customer Care is at the forefront of every interaction. Provide outstanding service in a residential setting, working on a wide range of HVAC equipment, including Heat Pumps, Gas and Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, Geo-Thermal Units, and more. Proactively find and fix small problems before they turn into bigger, more expensive repairs, ensuring customer equipment lasts longer and doing right by the homeowner. Provide homeowners with your honest opinion based on facts so they can make informed decisions regarding repairs and upgrades. Be skilled in customer service, the collection of money, and providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers (upselling for add-ons and providing options). Work effectively under minimum supervision while being a valued part of a team that respects and leans on each other when needed. Provide guidance and share the knowledge you have with those just getting started in the trade. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Residential HVAC service experience is required. EPA License required. Selling experience (upselling, presenting options) is a plus. Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record. A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work (Integrity is a core value). Knowledge of troubleshooting HVAC Equipment and a lifelong learner mindset. Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email (Microsoft Office experience required). NATE certification is a plus. ServiceTitan experience is a plus. What Can We Do for You? Earn $23.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE, plus commission, spiffs, and overtime paid per day. A generous PTO Program starting right away (3 weeks for a calendar year). The compensation for this position is expected to range between $23.00 - $30.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
