scaling organizations • Experience working in high-volume
environments with metric-driven goals • Excellent communication and

centers for positions such as: • Operations, IT, Engineering (Data
Center Techs, Facility Ops Engineers, Ops Center Engineers, Network
Deploy Techs, DC Install Techs, MEs, Controls Techs, Rack Decom
Techs) • Facilities (Chief Engineers, Facility Engineers, Facility
Managers) • Engineering (Network Deployment Engineers, System
Development Engineers, Logistics Specialists, Logistics Managers) •

you an experienced Technical Recruiter with a passion for finding
top talent? Look no further! A leading tech organization is hyper
scaling, seeking Recruiters who will play a crucial role in
identifying and attracting talent to support their rapidly growing
data center footprint. In this role, you will actively source
large, diverse pools of candidates that will result in key hires to
fuel critical data center expansion. You will get to work with a
collaborative, inclusive, hardworking team of recruiting
professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to ensure
delivery of efficient, effective, and quality talent to internal
customers. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient and
well-versed in creative candidate generation methodology. It is
critical that this individual can manage, prioritize, and close
high-volume searches against tight timelines. A successful
candidate will also possess strong verbal and written communication
skills, demonstrate high integrity, and understand the value of
providing amazing customer service. Benefits packages for this role
will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical,
