Information Technology Inspections and Exercise Planner to support
the Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR) IT Services (ITS)
program at Joint Base Andrews (JBA), MD, Joint Base
Anacostia-Bolling, DC, and the Pentagon. The successful candidate
will assist the Government staff by developing, maintaining, and
improving the AFNCR ITS Catalog and provide continuous process
improvement analysis in support of those services. If this sounds

with us today! Primary Responsibilities: Plan and execute readiness
exercises to assess operational effectiveness Conduct inspections
of personnel, equipment, facilities to ensure compliance with
military standards Analyze training programs and recommend
improvements for combat preparedness Develop evaluation criteria
for assessing unit readiness and mission capability Prepare reports
summarizing findings and providing actionable recommendations
Coordinate with leadership and implement corrective actions to
enhance readiness Monitor compliance with regulations and policies
related to military preparedness Utilize automated tools to track
readiness metrics and identify trends Train personnel on best
practices for maintaining operational effectiveness Liaise with
external agencies to ensure alignment with broader military
objectives Align exercises objectives with unit strategic goals
Basic Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of
related experience, additional years of experience may be accepted
in lieu of degree. Must have a full DoD Secret Clearance to be
considered. No Interims accepted at this time. 8 years of military
experience Training and Evaluation expertise within a military
environment Strong organizational skills Excellent written and oral
communications skills Preferred Qualifications: Two years of
experience in quality assurance and/or process improvement.
Knowledge or readiness standards Strong analytical skills to
evaluate training programs, exercises, and inspections Prior
leadership experience in a military environment Original Posting:

business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job
requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an
anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original
posting date as listed above. Pay Range: Pay Range $89,700.00 -
$162,150.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general
guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.

experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal
equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement
