Job Description:
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to
join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring
the optimal performance of our facility's equipment and systems.
This role requires a hands-on approach to maintenance,
troubleshooting, and repair of various mechanical and electrical
systems. The Maintenance Engineer will supervise and direct the
maintenance team to maintain a safe and efficient working
environment. Duties Supervise, direct, and be a subject matter
expert for members of the maintenance team. Coordinate work with
outside contractors. Collaborate with our management team to
prioritize repairs. Become familiar with computerized maintenance
system. Be able to troubleshoot rotating equipment, power
transmission systems, pneumatic pumps, motors, and electric powered
systems up to 480V. Read and interpret schematics to understand
system layouts and troubleshoot effectively. Ensure compliance with
safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance
activities. Must be able to work off shift hours as needed.
Experience A minimum of 3 years proven supervisory experience is
required. Post secondary education in a maintenance and/or
electrical related field. Previous work performing maintenance in a
large manufacturing facility. Strong knowledge of maintenance, and
repair techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention
to detail in diagnosing issues effectively. PLC, variable speed
drive programming, and welding experience is a plus. Job Type:
Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k)
