This role is crucial in supporting our commitment to exceptional care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. As a Graduate Nurse, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide and coordinate care for patients recovering from a range of debilitating illnesses and injuries. This position offers a structured transition program designed to bridge the gap from academia to advanced clinical practice. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients based on individualized assessments Participate in the formulation and execution of patient care plans Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention Assist with the management of medication and treatment regimes Document care provided and maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare protocols Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Empathy and dedication to patient care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Must have passed the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN) and hold a current RN license or be eligible for licensure.
