Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position, based in Culpeper,
VA, offers a rewarding opportunity to support students from PreK
through 12th grade during the 2026-2027 school year. The role
begins August 3, 2026, and concludes on May 27, 2027.
Responsibilities include providing both direct and indirect therapy
services in individual, small group, or classroom settings,
collaborating closely with teachers and staff, and participating in
eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings. Flexibility
to travel between school buildings is required. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy to students
across PreK-12 age groups. Conduct eligibility assessments and
participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team
meetings. Collaborate with educational staff to create and
implement effective treatment plans. Manage caseload and document
therapy progress in compliance with school policies. Travel between
multiple school buildings as needed to provide services. Required
Credentials: Virginia state license or eligibility for licensure as
a Speech-Language Pathologist. Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology.
Completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
Familiarity with healthcare and educational settings. Location:
