This exciting opportunity allows you to engage with kids through fun activities while fostering a positive learning environment. Responsibilities: Supervise and engage children in various recreational activities. Plan and implement age-appropriate games and crafts. Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all campers. Assist with daily camp operations and logistics. Encourage teamwork and positive social interactions among campers. Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding camper progress. Promote the values of respect, responsibility, and resilience. Participate in staff training and development sessions. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working with children in a camp or educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Passion for child development and outdoor activities. Creative and enthusiastic approach to engaging children. Background check required upon hiring.
