Yates Private Swim Instructor

Requirements
The Swim Instructor will provide private swim instruction primarily
to adults from beginner to advanced level, but may also include
some instruction for children. The instructor must have previous
teaching experience, understand how to teach the "fearful adult
swimmer", enjoy helping clients improve their swimming ability and
be enthusiastic, friendly and positive. The position is part-time
and involves evening and weekend hours- approximately 10 hours per
week.

Work Interactions
This position provides a service to our Georgetown University
students, faculty and staff as well as the local community. They
report to the Director of Aquatics and work performed contributes
to the revenue generated by Aquatics department.

Pay Range
The projected hourly pay range for this position which represents
the full range of anticipated compensation is: $36.00 - $40.00.
Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but
not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications,
experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the
University's business needs and external factors.
