Located in our customer service department, our Commercial Service Representatives are at the forefront of engaging with business clients, providing detailed product information, managing policies, and resolving issues to enhance client satisfaction and retention. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of insurance products, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Act as the first point of contact for commercial clients regarding insurance queries and policy amendments. Offer comprehensive product knowledge to assist clients in choosing the best insurance solutions for their needs. Handle policy renewals, modifications, and cancellations with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Work closely with other departments to ensure client concerns are resolved promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, and prepare regular reports for management on client service activities. Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient in using insurance database software Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to handle stressful situations and complex inquiries with a professional demeanor Deep understanding of commercial insurance policies and terms Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance preferred
