Salary Range: $60k-65k - MUST have 3-5 years experience to qualify for pay range listed We are looking for an experienced Truck Shop Service Advisor with a focus on Ram Trucks to join our award-winning service department team40 bay service department to provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace. Responsibilities Manage a team of technicians through scheduling and assigning work Provide quality, friendly, professional customer service Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors Communicate directly with technicians regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed Comply with all company safety policies and procedures Efficiently and accurately ensure quality repair work in accordance with dealerships and factory standards Qualifications Strong listening skills Service advisor experience preferred Ford, Toyota, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram exprerience preferred Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality High school diploma or equivalent Math, Reading and Basic Computer skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Professional appearance and work ethic Must have a valid PA driver's license with good driving record Benefits: Highly Productive, Very Large, Clean Parts Department Company Issued Uniforms Energetic Work Environment Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 401K with Company Match Paid Time Off Advancement within the Department and/or Company Employee Vehicle Purchase Program Employee Service Discount Program *In order to qualify for employment All applicants must pass pre-employment testing which includes: Background Checks, MVR, and Drug Testing.
