Job Description Job Description Maintenance Technician Location: Baltimore, MD Schedule: Monday–Friday | On-call as needed Employment Type: [Temp / Temp-to-Hire] Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance operations at a residential apartment community. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and experienced in general apartment maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Prepare apartments for move-ins, including full turnovers Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs Assist with appliance repairs and replacements Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the property grounds Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed Communicate effectively with the property management team and residents Follow all safety guidelines and company policies Qualifications: 1 year of apartment maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry Ability to work independently and manage multiple work orders Must have own basic hand tools Reliable transportation required HVAC certification a plus, but not required What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Consistent schedule with opportunity for overtime Long-term placement and growth opportunities Supportive and professional work environment Apply today and put your maintenance skills to work at a great community!
