seeking a highly organized, mature, friendly, self-starter for a
part-time Office Administrator position. You will perform clerical
and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities: - Type correspondences and prepare financial
documents using Microsoft Word - Plan and schedule appointments -
Greet and assist onsite clients - Answer inbound telephone calls -
Copy, scan, and organize client financial records - Perform all
other office tasks - Possible additional duties based upon ability
Qualifications: - Previous experience in office administration or
other related fields - Proficient in Microsoft Word - Knowledge of
Quick Books is a plus - Ability to prioritize and multitask -
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong
attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational skills -
Discretion and confidentiality are required - Ability to pass a
background check
