Job Description:
Position Description: The Junior Financial Analyst plays an
important role as part of the corporate team and is responsible for
financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis for a
designated group of clients. The analyst has exposure to multiple
business units and work closely with other corporate and
operational teams to support decision-making by assembling,
interpreting, analyzing, and reconciling financial data. Candidates
proximate to a CGI office in the US Eastern and Central time zones
will be considered with a preference for Fairfax, VA. CGI utilizes
a hybrid model and CGI partners should be prepared to work in a
local CGI office or client site, as needed. Your future duties and
responsibilities: · Ensure the integrity and reliability of the
financial and operating results for both reporting and forecasting
purposes · Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly forecast for
assigned client groups · Analyze financial data and create
financial models for decision support · Deliver accurate,
insightful and timely analysis of financial results against plans,
forecast and budget · Participate in the design, development and
implementation of performance management tools · Support the
implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to improve
accuracy and drive efficiency · Complete ad hoc reports/analysis as
necessary · Manage multiple deadlines demonstrating the ability to
prioritize and a high-level attention to detail · Gather and verify
financial information with a proactive attitude · Participate in
other projects as necessary Required qualifications to be
successful in this role: · Experience in a similar role for 2-5
years · Experience working with industry software such as
PeopleSoft, Hyperion (Oracle) would be considered valuable assets ·
Demonstrated ability to analyze financial information, both
structured and unstructured · Advanced skills with MS Office tools
including Excel, Word and PowerPoint · Excellent in verbal, written
and communication skills in English and French · Action oriented,
proactive with high level of accountability for delivering quality
work · Strong work ethic · Strong Communication and Interpersonal

Required: Bachelors Degree CGI anticipates accepting applications
for this position through 4/31/2026. Other Information: CGI is
required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable
estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination
of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set,
level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and
certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based
performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the
top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are
dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable
estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is
$51,600.00 - $123,800.00. CGI's benefits are offered to eligible
