Job Description:
Operations Coordinator About the Company and Opportunity: Our
client has been advocating for conserving and enjoying our
country's incredible natural resources for almost 100 years! Due to
growth, they are looking to hire a self-motivated Operations
Coordinator This position is temporary and can go permanent for the
right candidate! Schedule is Monday - Friday, 30-37.5/hrs. a week
Pay Rate: $21-23/hr. depending on experience. Position is 100% in
office in Gaithersburg, MD and free p arking is available! Overview
of the Office Manager/Bookkeeper role: Entering donations,
membership dues, and payments (cash, check, and credit card) Basic
reconciliations Open, distribute, and send out mail Inventory
General office management duties Preferred Qualifications for the
Office Manager/Bookkeeper role: 3-5 years of Office
Manager/Bookkeeper experience Non-profit experience is a preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills MS Office and
iMIS experience is a plus Proficient in Excel ZRCFS INJUN2025
