What You'll Do as an Accounting Operations Supervisor: Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and a team of 3 accountants Oversee monthly close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting for a $50M portfolio Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards (GAAP) Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Collaborate across departments to support financial transparency and operational goals Support audit preparation and external reporting as needed What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role 5 years of accounting experience, including full-cycle accounting Strong knowledge of GAAP; experience with revenue recognition (ASC 606) is a plus Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment Hospitality industry or multi-entity experience is a strong bonus What We Offer Our Accounting Operations Supervisor: Competitive salary up to $105,000 annual bonus Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days/week in our Baltimore office Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Frequent team-building activities and hospitality-focused events A collaborative, mission-driven culture with leadership that values your voice LI-BK1 INJUN2025
